The brand was established, named after the specifications of diamond-grade baby cashmere fiber, representing the brand’s confidence in and commitment of excellent material.
2007
The marketing network was established in Hohhot and Ordos, important cashmere cities in the world. In the same year, the brand's first boutique was opened, located in Beijing Financial Street Shopping Center where there were many top-tier international brands seated.
2008
1436 products were selected as national gifts, accompanying state leaders on their diplomatic visits, being the tie of friendship between China and the world.

2009-2010
1436 continued to expand its geographic footprint. The boutique stores were opened in high-end locations of several first-tier cities in China, including Beijing Capital International Airport and Pudong New District of Shanghai.
2011
Mr. Graeme Black brought international visions for the design of 1436 products.
2012
1436 joined Miss World and held a charity weekend entitled “Wool-based Beauty”together, writing a new chapter of beauty in charity.

2013
The brand shared the warmth and brightness of superfine baby cashmere with the world. After 7 years of perseverance, 1436 opened more than 40 boutiques in first-tier and second-tier cities in China.
2014
The brand was invited to participate in Edinburgh International Fashion Festival and was honored to host the opening show of the fashion week. It amazed the audience with its exquisite cashmere craft and was substantially covered by international media.

2014
The brand was selected as the exclusive souvenir supplier for the 22nd APEC Economic Leader's Meeting and shared the warmth and brightness of superfine baby cashmere with the world. In the same year, it opened a boutique at the fourth floor of SKP in Beijing, being the only Chinese brand in the international boutique zone.
2015
Recognition of the International Media.
The brand was won the “Best of the Best” award, presented by the U.S.Robb Report, known as “Oscar of the Fashion World”.

2016
The flagship store of 1436 at Beijing Kerry Center enjoyed its grand opening, representing the newly-upgraded brand image.
2016
The first overseas boutique was openned on the boutique floor of Osaka Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store, a retail giant in Japan, being a milestone of the brand’s internationalization.
2016
The special cooperation series of 1436×Uma Wang were released at LABELHOOD Pioneer Fashion & Arts Festival in Shanghai Fashion Week, starting the new chapter of 1436’s cooperation with a new generation of independent designers.

2017
The brand joined hands with the United Nations in combating desertification and again undertook the mission of serving as national diplomatic gifts after it became the the exclusive souvenir supplier for APEC leaders in 2014. The brand presented special scarves made for the occassion as gifts for leaders at the 13th conference of the contracting parties to United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification.
2017
1436 x LABELHOOD Baby Cashmere Innovation Scholarship was founded upon a strategic collaboration between 1436 and LABELHOOD. One designer will be awarded the scholarship from the collection released by LABELHOOD every season. Both parties hoped to focus on promoting cashmere as a rare and valuable material, and with young designers’ creativity, exploring the topic of cashmere innovation on the premise of better helping local designers of China. In 2017, the first Baby Cashmere Innovation Scholarship was awarded to SHUSHU/TONG.

2017
The brand sponsored China Ordos Equestrian Culture Festival (CECF) , being one of the sponsors of the four trophies at CECF, highlighting 1436’s perfect illustration of equine fashion.
2018
In honor of the successful opening of ‘China New 100’ exhibition in Moscow, Russia, 1436 specially prepared baby cashmere scarves as gifts and presented them to guests participating in the event.
